Join us at Black Pine for Volunteer Work Weekend! Saturday & Sunday May 1 & 2 and October 2 & 3. Work will begin at 9:00 am each day. lunch and snacks will be provided. We have a variety of projects for all ages and skill sets. If you are interested in participating please send an email to exec@blackpine.org. Visitors are required to wear masks when on the grounds.
Projects include:
- Power washing
- Mowing, trimming, grounds & habitats
- Planting grass seed
- Raking
- Painting
- Deep cleaning the walk in cooler
- Grinding wood for wood chips
- Building hammocks and animal enrichments
- Building fences
- Fence repairs
